🔁 Need an Exchange? We’re Here to Help. At Unfold, each saree is handcrafted with care, and we want you to feel happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy exchanges on eligible orders. ⸻ ✅ Eligibility for Exchange You may request an exchange if: • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. • You received a wrong size (if applicable). • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with an unboxing video. Note: • We currently do not accept returns or refunds, only exchanges. • Exchange is valid only once per order. ⸻ 📦 Conditions for Exchange • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. • Exchange is only possible after our team inspects and approves the returned item. • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange. ⸻ 🚚 How to Request an Exchange 1. Email or WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery. 2. Share your order number, reason for exchange, and a clear photo of the item. 3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on the return shipping process. Shipping note: • Return shipping to our studio is the customer’s responsibility. • We’ll ship your replacement item free of charge. ⸻ ❌ Non-Exchangeable Items • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes • Customized, altered, or pre-ordered products • Items returned without prior communication
